Phil is phrankly tired oph winter. He spends more time bundling up to go outside than he does actually being outside.
And when he does phinally get outside, it's so phrigid that he doesn't stay out phor long.
It's probably just as well, as Hubby and Wiphey need Phil's help with all the work they have to do.
Phil isn't asking phor much. Just a phew degrees above zero. And maybe a little less wind. Oh, and phewer homework assignments.
