Phil Bird the Science Nerd

Wiphey needs to create a science lesson phor a giphted student, so she's recruited Hubby and Phil to help her practice a little experiment.

 It starts by philling up a balloon with water, then placing baking powder into a small canister.

 Phix the water-philled balloon to the canister, dump the water in, and watch magic happen.

Or not.

That was kind oph a dud. 

Phil, being the scientist that he is, decided to experiment with a new liquid and broke out the vinegar.
