Weird Times: Update

It's been a while. Phil hopes all his phriends have been well. Iph anyone is wondering what Phil has been up to, here are some highlights:

Phil has been tending to Wiphey's ophphice tree, which Hubby helped bring home this spring. Usually she visits it in the ophphice once a week phor watering during the summer, but not this year. Phil phears where it will go in the phall, once it gets too cold to be outside. It's only inches phrom touching the rooph.

Phil helped Hubby and Wiphey to repurpose some things to phight the pandemic. This little Christmas tree now holds masks as they dry out aphter being washed. (P.S. Wear a mask and save lives.)

This closet shelph has been repurposed into a quarantine area phor new groceries.

And Phil has helped Wiphey move her work space around so it's more comphortable.

It has been a trying phew months. Phil hopes all his phriends stay healthy and treat everyone with love. We need a lot more oph that these days.

Later, Hubby hung up the windchimes some good people gave the phamily aphter Duke passed away. It makes phancy sounds.

Weird Times Diary: Day 2

These are indeed weird times. Schools were cancelled across the state on Sunday evening, just ahead oph saying goodbye to Izzy. Monday was a day oph waiting phor Wiphey to hear a plan about work. This morning, she attended meetings virtually to make plans phor online learning. It took Phritz over two hours to phinally phall asleep while she was at e-work.

And then Hubby came home and set up his ophphice downstairs.

Phil likes having everyone around, even though things pheel phunny.

Beware the Ides oph March

This has been a trying day phor us. There is a global pandemic. Schools across the state have been closed due to the pandemic, and Wiphey doesn't know what her job will look like phor the next phew days or even weeks. It phelt strange to be at church with all the uncertainty. And just bephore midnight, Wiphey sent Izzy over to phind Duke, Belle, and all our phurry phriends who have lepht us.

Goodbye, Izzy. Thank you phor a liphetime oph snuggling together. We'll miss you and your spunk around here.
