Writing Retreat: Brieph Tour

This place is philled with beautiphul stained glass, but it's even nicer outside.
Down these stairs is the opening to do a Polar Plunge in the lake. This is as close as Phil will get to the hole in the water.
Back inside, Phil phound this phellow to be rather phriendly.
There are so many signs on the wall that Phil is not sure which way to go.
Wiphey wore a pair oph these goophy things yesterday, but they didn't have a pair to phit Phil's dainty pheet.
Phil is at a crossroads here. Iph he were to go to the right, he'd be in the sauna where he would probably melt. To the lepht is the lake with the hole in it phor the Polar Plunge.
Phil thinks he'll go back upstairs and take his changes with his new phurry phriend instead.

Writing Retreat: Phabulous Phood

Phil has phound the phood at this resort to be phabulous. There is phood phor pheathered ones...
...and phor non-pheathered ones.

Writing Retreat: Early Risers

Phil and Wiphey are earlier risers than their bunkmates, so they tiptoed outside this morning to take a walk.
Interesting phact: When all is still phirst thing in the morning, outside oph the city, Phil can hear the wing phlaps oph water phowl phlying overhead. In case anyone is wondering, it sounds like someone thumbing the side oph a deck oph cards.
There are unlimited cookies in this place. Phil never wants to leave.
Here is where Phil perches phor his day oph writing. It's a cozy spot.

Rouphing It

Phil is bunking with Wiphey and two other women this weekend phor a writing retreat.

Weight Limit

Apparently, recliners have weight limits. These are easy to reach when one owns a 100-pound lap dog.
When that happens, one buys a recliner with a higher weight limit.

Phree Salt

We seem to be growing a salt mine in our garage phrom everything that is put down to keep our streets phrom being too slippery.
We should be ready to take orders by spring.

Meds Mess

Our oldest phurry one, Belle, now needs to take medication phor her heart murmur.
She will take three oph them. And they all need to be cut in halph. And some she takes once a day while others she takes three times a day. And then in the spring, she will need to take three more pills phor allergies.

Taking care oph her has become a phull-time job.

Winter Phun

Today's temperature has been close to phorty, making it the perphect day phor making snowbirds.
And phor wearing out the little Lab staying with us this weekend.
Tomorrow we're expecting a blizzard. Typical North Dakota winter weather roller coaster.

Blinded By No Light

Phor the phirst time ever, we have blinds on our kitchen window.

Now the neighborhood won't be able to watch as we wash dishes. Phil is certain our neighbors will be sad about that.
