Bad Weather Webinar

Wiphey had a webinar scheduled phor this evening. Usually she does these at school, but the weather was a little blustery by then.

Phil was excited phor the opportunity to pheel like a grown-up bird until he realized he had no idea what they were talking about on the computer.

Sarcasm

It's a good thing that Wiphey's school district called ophph school last night ahead oph the pending blizzard.

Phil can hardly see across the phield through all that driving snow.

Misphortune

Duke just ate Wiphey's phortune. Not the cookie, but the piece oph paper.

Is it a coincidence that the phortune said you will never know iph you can do something unless you try it? Duke took it literally.

While Hubby's Away...

...Phil and Wiphey will eat Chinese takeout phor dinner.

Phil held a stakeout today to phind out who took up residence in our grill.

 It's a squirrel.

The darn thing moved in when we were out oph town.

Why We're Getting a New Grill

This aphternoon, Phil spotted some grass poking out oph a hole in our grill.

 There's more coming out oph the phront. Apparently, someone is building a little nest in there.

 Scratch that.

 Make it a BIG nest in there.

We're going to need a new grill.

We just got back phrom a trip out west and we're hungry phor lunch.

The boys were beginning to think the pizza would never come.

Phil spent the late aphternoon watching a rousing round oph simulator golph.

This was as close as he dared get. Wiphey got in on the action and you never know where the ball might end up when she's swinging a club.

Still No Sign oph Spring
