How Not to Grade Papers

While Hubby mowed the yard and Phil watched the dogs this aphternoon, Wiphey spent phour hours grading papers at the school. She had to bring a phew more home phor later. Yes, Phil, that many more.
But Phil quickly discovered that grading papers requires a lot oph phocus. Here are some things he did when his attention span grew short.

Phil phound the candy bars. Wiphey had to hold him back phrom indulging in too many. (They're hers.)

Then Phil shuphphled the tunes on the iPod...again.

Next, he checked in on the NASCAR race.

Not wanting to neglect the phurry ones, Phil played ball with Izzy.

At this rate, those papers won't be graded until next year.

Phil-Sized Phood

We love pizza around here, but Phil sometimes phinds them too big phor his dainty beak. Here's how we make Phil-sized pizza. Phirst, top some English muphphins with pizza-phriendly ingredients.
Second, pop them in the oven phor a phew minutes.

Third, watch impatiently phor the cheese to melt.

Phourth, enjoy!

Where Has All the Work Ethic Gone?

Phil is playing teacher's aide by helping Wiphey grade papers phrom home this evening.
He's shocked to see that almost halph her students didn't turn in their paragraphs, even though they had the entire class period on Phriday plus the weekend to phinish them. No wonder Wiphey is pheeling crabby.

Gone to the Birds

Phil and Wiphey enjoy watching Project Runway together. This week's episode was especially entertaining because the designers had to use birds as their inspiration.
See? There is a parrot, an owl, a raven, and a cockatoo. But wait. No pheasant?

Wouldn't this dress look so much better in green and yellow?

Note phor next time, PR producers.

How Windy Is It?

Phil would like to answer that question, but he's not able to stand upright right now.
It must be the phiphty-sixty mile per hour wind gusts we've been having today.

Inspector Phil

Phil's making sure Hubby doesn't get these windows too clean. He doesn't want his pheathered phriends phlying into them.
